Own grounds
Set within 50 acres of its own grounds, Tottergill Farm is located in an unspoilt and often undiscovered area of Cumbria which attracts spectacular wildlife including many types of wild birds such as greater spotted woodpeckers, which are regular visitors to cottage gardens. Tottergill is away from the hustle and bustle yet only 10 miles from Carlisle and less than half an hour from the Eastern Lake District and Hadrian's Wall - as well as being within the North Pennines Area of Oustanding Natural Beauty and adjoining Geltsdale RSPB Reserve.
Luxury
Our six luxury holiday cottages are accessed via a quiet country lane around a reservoir, just outside the village of Castle Carrock. The village can be accessed via a short footpath from Tottergill. There is a renowned, contemporary style pub & restaurant, as well as a more traditional country pub, village shop and church. Further amenities are available in Brampton which is six miles away. Our guests also enjoy complimentary use of the leisure club at a nearby hotel.
