Harehope Quarry Project
Join the Cold-blooded and Spineless project on a one-day workshop, led by entomologist David Grundy, to learn more about the fascinating world of leaf miner moths and how to identify them. Participants will undertake a mixture of fieldwork and indoor sessions to get more familiar with these insects, using a combination of specimens, photographs, microscopes and identification keys. The course is suitable for beginners, as well as more experienced naturalists who wish to develop their knowledge of this group. We will undertake field work so please bring waterproofs, walking boots, water and food for these activities.
Tea and coffee provided.
The ticket price of £32.40 includes an 8% booking fee.
