Langdon Beck Hotel Lay-by
Join the North Pennines AONB Partnership’s Cold-blooded and Spineless project as we set about discovering and recording the bee species to be found at Langdon Beck road verges and Harwood-in-Teesdale riverbank Special Invertebrate Sites, with national bee expert, Steven Falk.
With wildflower rich grassland, including important stands of knapweed and devil’s-bit scabious, there is scope for a range of late season species to be found.
This event is suitable for both beginners and more experienced bee recorders, with Steven on hand to help with identification.
This event is free to attend but places are limited so booking is essential.
