The North Pennines AONB has excellent information centres where you can find people with a wealth of local knowledge and information to offer both visitors and local people.
Information centres are great places to find out more about the North Pennines. Knowledgeable and friendly staff are on hand providing a wide range of services. You will find lots of information on places to visit and local events, as well as where to stay and public transport options.
