Hay Time Walk 2 - Weardale

Free publication

Take a 5km (2 hour) walk from Ireshopeburn (Upper Weardale) in a landscape that has been farmed and mined for centuries.

Please note: the section of footpath between High Barns and Bridge End Ford is badly eroded and should be avoided. The County Council are aware of this problem and have sign-posted an alternative route along the road to Coronation Bridge.
