Low Cornriggs is near Cowshill in Upper Weardale. It holds a Silver, Green Tourism Business Scheme (GTBS) Award. 

Spectacular views

In the heart of the North Pennines, Low Cornriggs Farm is something special with its spectacular views of Upper Weardale. The pastures close to the 200-year-old North Pennine farmhouse hold important species of breeding waders and yellow wagtails.

Farmhouse B&B (three rooms) and two self-catering cottages (each sleeping six).

Taste Durham

In 2009 Low Cornriggs Farm became an  'Assured and Local Produce Champion' under the Taste Durham initiative. These awards are given in recognition of consistently good service, quality of menu and championing of local produce.

New for 2012

Craft courses in knitting, spinning, patchwork and appliqué. Come for the day or book a short course.
